Boozt, the Nordic e-commerce giant based in Malmö, with over 1300 brands, recently acquired 30% of Danish software startup Liveshopper, making an over a million euro investment.
Liveshopper has developed a software platform that allows users to enjoy a live video shopping experience using their smartphones. With this investment, Liveshopper has secured the capital needed to continue its growth trajectory and access its relevant customers. In addition, Boozt will be able to expand the existing successful live shopping offerings and use the platform to create a more engaging and exciting shopping experience for customers.
